Job Description

We're growing, and looking for a Senior Program Manager to help us lead the next phase of strategic program execution and growth. This role isn't just about managing schedules and budgets. It's about shaping complex programs, fostering meaningful customer relationships, leading multifunctional teams, and driving performance in high-stakes environments.

You will be accountable for the direction, delivery, and financial health of one our more advanced programs with a high level of autonomy. You'll play a vital role in aligning delivery with strategic priorities while creating impact for mission-critical customers.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with senior government stakeholders and cultivate trust-based relationships
  • Lead programs from planning through execution and sustainment, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and mission success
  • Provide oversight of cross-functional teams across technical, operational, and business domains
  • Own program-level financial performance including P&L, forecasting, cost management, and growth strategy
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, policies, and mission objectives
  • Contribute to and lead business development initiatives, including proposal leadership and customer engagement
  • Mentor and elevate program managers and functional leads, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence
  • Achieve on contract growth and also support business development efforts to bring our capabilities to new customers

What You'll Accomplish in the First Six Months

  • Gain full situational awareness of your assigned program(s), including financials, contracts, team composition, and stakeholder landscape
  • Begin to identify and act on areas of strategic risk, growth opportunity, and operational optimization
  • Establish yourself as a trusted leader internally and externally, driving forward program success while shaping the broader program management practice
Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • 10+ years of progressive program or project management experience, including direct customer engagement and cross-functional leadership
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex, or technically diverse programs in DoD Special Operations or National Security environments
  • Experience managing and delivering SaaS platforms to diverse customer sets
  • Track record of successful program financial management including forecasting, reporting, and growth
  • Bachelor's degree (technical, business, or related discipline) or equivalent military/government service
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills, thriving in team environments
  • Prior HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, or Cyber program experience
  • Experience with USSOCOM AT&L
  • Prior experience with intelligence fusion, geospatial tools, and advanced analytics
  • Experience with NIST 800.171
  • Experience with contract negotiations
  • Prior experience managing large development efforts for SOCOM

Nice-to-Haves:

  • PMP or equivalent program management certification
  • Experience using Deltek Costpoint or similar systems
  • Technical background in systems engineering, software development, or IT infrastructure
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring mid-level and junior program managers
  • Prior military service (SOF preferred)

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office
  • Constantly work with computers and other information technology equipment
