Position Description

  • Provides clerical and administrative support to the Technology Services Executive Leadership, senior managers, directors, managers, supervisors, and team members of Technology Services. Ensures smooth office operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing and organizing documents and presentations. Additionally, may assist with project coordination, records management, web page management, procurement, and invoicing.


  • Essential Job Tasks:
  • Provides general administrative support to Technology Services, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports, creating agendas, taking minutes, handling correspondence, approving time sheets and completing expense reports.
  • Maintains and organizes Technical documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and project files. Ensures all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Maintains staffing document, Annex3 floor map, org charts.
  • Assists with technology procurement processes, including ordering equipment, software, and supplies. Processing contractor invoices.
  • Tracks and manages contractor blanket agreements.
  • Organizes and coordinates technology related events, all hands, training sessions, and meetings, including logistics, materials, and attendee communication.
  • Assists in tracking departmental expenses and budget allocations. Prepare expense reports and support financial documentation.


  • Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED + 5 years experience.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


  • Compensation Information:
    $21.55 - $26.90 (min. - mid.)
