The Customer Account Analyst (B2C Sales/Trade) serves as a technical expert with in-depth knowledge of machine insights. This role encompasses a variety of analytical and support tasks, contributing significantly to the operational efficiency of the team. This role will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to drive and enhance the growth of the machine business. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, 2 days/week in office in New York City and the rest remotely.
Responsibilities:
Trade Sales Team and Cross-Functional Support
* Identify efficient promotional activities (Customer Specific Promotions, Paid Media, In-store Marketing, Events, Catalogs, Demos) and own tool inputs and review. * Support management of budget (investment) in line with business priorities by achieving the best ROI. * Assist, create and present presentations to high level executives, internally and externally. * Help drive strategic decisions based on data. * Support implementation of Category Management to curate assortment and location by using insights and channel management strategy. * Liaise with field team, marketing, finance, supply teams, and machine partners to support machine plans. * Collaborate with field team and SME to ensure alignment and strategic direction. * Support Sr. Key Account manager and Key Account Managers with special projects. * Effective project management coordination and managing various projects.
Trade Data Analytics and Insights
* Own reporting tools to uncover valuable insights and better understanding of the business to help drive strategic decisions based on data (Circana, Stackline, Pacvue and ERS). * Own and update key reports for internal and external meetings as it pertains to the health of the business. * KPI tracking to inform organization of results.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics preferred. * 2+ years of work experience in Sales environment in distribution of high end or mass market products is required. * Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to drive strategy and action plans required. * Must have excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, presentation and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain cross-functional stakeholder relationships). * Demonstrated fluency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) required. * Experience with budget management and optimization of ROI on investments is preferred. * Expertise in household appliance category is preferred. * Expertise in Brand building within Key Account environments is preferred. * Experience with Business Development is preferred. * Willing and able to travel up to 15% required.
The approximate pay range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
