Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic marketing leader for the Product Support division, owning campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis.
- Partner with division leadership and cross-functional teams to create and implement data-driven marketing strategies that directly impact revenue growth and customer retention.
- Lead the development of customer-centric campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, events, and field marketing.
- Create strategic content and sales tools that align with division goals, brand guidelines, and customer expectations.
- Leverage customer insights, market data, and internal feedback to inform marketing decisions and competitive positioning.
- Define and manage quarterly and annual marketing plans with measurable KPIs tied to business objectives.
- Lead campaign performance reviews, adjusting tactics to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Provide marketing tools to internal teams to support successful campaign execution and lead generation efforts.
- Identify and test new platforms or technologies to drive innovation and differentiation in the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated success in leading integrated marketing campaigns and aligning efforts with business objectives.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present to senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in analytics tools, and Sales Force Marketing Cloud preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills; comfortable working with performance data and customer insights.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced deadline-driven environment.
Working Conditions
- The physical environment requires the employee to work primarily inside throughout the day, however this position may also require working in non-climate-controlled environments as well as outdoors.
