Position Summary |
The primary location of this position is the main Cullowhee, NC campus.
This is a time-limited, grant funded position. Employment is contingent upon funding availability.
The Birth-Kindergarten Program in the College of Allied Profession invites applicants to apply for the position of Project Coordinator, a full-time, time-limited, regional-funded grant position for a personnel preparation project. The project has been funded by the Dogwood Health Trust through the end of 2025.The department has submitted a request to extend funding beyond 2025 and, if approved, will extend funding for an additional length of time.
This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the project. Key duties will include managing student records and data, participating in and planning meetings with co-project directors, and coordinating with campus units to obtain data and information. Coordination with project directors to ensure federal and state compliance regulations are followed, demonstrate knowledge of mainframe systems and provide services to students, such as advising.
Coordinate professional development with students and directors. Maintain fiscal and program records, information on program activities, and coordinate functions related to the project. Collect data from students' placements and work with schools and early childhood agencies.

Minimum Qualifications |
Bachelor's degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. |
