Position Summary

Serves as Project Manager for key accounts and may assist junior Project Managers as needed. The purpose of this position is to facilitate jobs in the execution phase of our Client's production needs. As a key facilitator within the supply chain for packaging artwork issues, you will communicate with design firms, printers, On-Site Personnel /Sales and Clients to ensure proper printability for packaging. As a key figure within the process, you will help maintain and improve SGS & Co's relationship with the Client. Your primary concern will be to coordinate packaging production via job instructions and schedules to complete jobs. Within SGS & Co, you will effectively communicate specifications for each piece of packaging artwork on your brands by utilizing our order entry system as well as being a resource for production departments when issues or questions arise. The Project Manager is the primary resource to the On-Site Personnel and Sales, and the key point of contact to the Production Department at SGS & Co. PM must be able to adapt and create a plan when colleagues are absent.

General Responsibilities



  • Respond in a timely manner to Clients
  • Respond to requests of Client/On-Site Personnel /Sales and others
  • Participate in process improvement efforts and various production meetings to foster a positive creative impact on the business
  • Manage project timelines and simultaneously manages multiple projects, when required
  • Understand the Client's process (deliverables, rework)
  • Communicate issues to Management



Budget Responsibilities



  • Track actuals on a weekly basis
  • Generate reports using PowerBi and Allspark
  • Prepare monthly Latest Forecast using Allspark across all Innovation brands and back office spend
  • Conduct monthly budget meetings with leadership (present high level budget overview, key decisions)
  • Facilitate bi-monthly budget meetings with brand leadsUpdate region budgets with brands in bi-monthly meetings, coordinating with the commercial team
  • Collaborate with Beyond Beer on the Cantaritos and Los Sunday's budget
  • Create purchase orders, process invoices in SAP, and update the PO tracker as needed, typically monthly
  • Monitor travel expenses, updating travel plans and actuals line by line to ensure adherence to budget
  • Coordinate with Los Sunday founders on their quarterly invoices
  • Ensure invoices are submitted by August 20th for September payouts and by October 20th for November payouts (POs are already open, Founders have details needed)
  • Complete journal entries as needed for reclassing funds
  • Address any other miscellaneous budget-related requests and challenges



Team Meetings



  • Manage Inno Team Meeting decks on a weekly basis

    • Collaborate with Tenzer and the broader team to compile topics
    • Update slides for the upcoming month and key meetings
    • Distribute the deck post-meeting


  • Maintain the Key Meetings Tracker weekly

    • Review Chelsea's calendar to update in Excel
    • Update the workback schedule with key deliveries


  • Organize bi-weekly Inno PMO meetings

    • Prepare meeting agendas and distribute them the day before





Samples/Sell-in Season



  • Coordinate New Item Meeting samples

    • Work with Matthew and Katie to align on sample shipments
    • Ship samples from the 5th-floor inventory or the Inno lab, ensuring the correct version is sent in collaboration with Machine team


  • Handle Vault Samples

    • Work with Nolan or Laura from the Vault team for retailer meeting requests


  • Update the inventory tracker weekly



Other Responsibilities



  • Plan Inno Team events

    • Assist with annual offsite events and Machine off-site planning as needed
    • Organize Mega Fridays weekly with Rob and Jim
    • Participate in monthly calls as an Engagement Team Member
    • Coordinate happy hours for the region or other teams to sample innovation products, as organized by Rob and Jim

      • Manage sample logistics


    • Handle any ad-hoc requests from Rob, including current projects like Microsoft Teams integration





Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements

This position requires the following knowledge and skills:



  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Some College/Associate's degree preferred
  • 5+ years' experience preferred
  • Experience in the design, print or production art industry
  • Full comprehension in reading work instructions and business memos
  • Proofreading skills required
  • Ability to work independently

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $52,236 - $65,295 annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
