Human Resources Generalist Job Locations

Position Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented HR Generalist with a strong focus on employee benefits administration and leave of absence management. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, with primary accountability for overseeing employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with federal and state leave laws. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: Benefits Administration
Administer and coordinate all employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, 401(k), wellness, and ancillary benefits.

General HR Support
Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Education: BA or BS Years of Experience: 4 - 7 years of exprience Certifications: HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus Preferred Qualifications
