Job Description

As a Senior Strategy & Operations Consultant, you'll contribute to and help develop the strategic design, planning, and implementation of programs and processes to support individual business function objectives and considers alignment with the broader corporate strategy. You'll analyze business practices and goals and make suggestions for improvements or direction. You'll also provide consulting, project management and support within subject matter expertise across Data, Discovery & Decision Science (D3) for focused initiatives. Key Responsibilities

* Analyze current business goals and direction and ensure practices align with objectives

* Demonstrates competencies in business knowledge, leadership, and general management skills

* Analyzes statistical data as it relates to programs, projects and processes of moderate complexity; provides action alternatives for improvement as appropriate

* Make strategic suggestions to improve practices to increase performance

* Assists in driving results through the development of effective relationships

* As directed, leads the development/design of new plans, programs & processes up to moderate complexity

* Evaluate practices and make suggestions to cut costs and increase production by developing solutions for problems in these areas

* As directed, develops communication strategies and materials to support new plans, programs, or processes

* Anticipates and makes recommendations to solve market specific implications of business strategies

* Monitors market trends to help the business adjust to changing conditions that affect goals and production

Experience

* 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $66,800.00 - 120,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
