*Note: *Candidate located in or near to Irving, TX* *can only apply! Hybrid after completion of onsite training. Once the OSW transitions to hybrid status they'll need to be in the office once a week. They can choose which day works best for them. *Purpose: * The Patient Contact Center Representative plays a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between patients healthcare providers and internal teams. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls coordinating prescription shipments and maintaining accurate patient records-all while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to regulatory standards. * Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * * Patient Communication Support * - Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. - Provide accurate information and assistance to patients healthcare providers and internal stakeholders. - Initiate outbound calls to patients to gather necessary information for prescription coordination. Prescription Coordination - Schedule initial and refill medication shipments accurately and efficiently. - Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of any delivery-related issues. *Record Management * - Maintain complete and accurate patient records in accordance with company policies. - Update patient profiles and documentation as needed. * Compliance Confidentiality * - Adhere to all applicable federal and state regulations including HIPAA. - Maintain confidentiality and always safeguard patient information. * Team Collaboration Initiative * - Demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach to daily responsibilities. - Collaborate with team members and Leadership to improve processes and enhance patient experience. - Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals. - Support escalations and assist with communications involving leadership pharmacists program management and third-party hubs. - Assist in working cross-functionally including handling prescriber calls and shipment-related calls. * shift:* M-F 8 hour shift - 8am - 7pm *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
