Description Responsible for end-user support and provisioning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user systems hardware and software, as well as related infrastructure adhering to organizational standards. This individual will be part of a technical team that serves the entire organization, as well as external resources. Primary responsibilities are to support and maintain end-user facing systems. Such systems include, but are not limited to; Active directory, Networking devices, Desktops, Laptops, Thin-Clients, and all related hardware and software. Provide daily support of End-users and related technologies. Maintain appropriate service levels through completion of service requests from our service desk. Review open service requests and assist other team members as necessary. Create, change, and delete AD accounts and groups as requested. Repair/Recover from hardware or software failures; communicate with impacted departments and Senior IT leaders. Deploy, service and maintain new end-user equipment. Support new integrations and migrations. Ensure end-user equipment is updated according to the update policy. Maintain equipment inventory and organization. Participate in the initiation, design, planning and implementation of new technologies and systems. Responsible for building, setup, installation and configuring of technologies as required. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
