*Description*
Responsible for end-user support and provisioning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user systems hardware and software, as well as related infrastructure adhering to organizational standards. This individual will be part of a technical team that serves the entire organization, as well as external resources. Primary responsibilities are to support and maintain end-user facing systems. Such systems include, but are not limited to; Active directory, Networking devices, Desktops, Laptops, Thin-Clients, and all related hardware and software. Provide daily support of End-users and related technologies. *Maintain appropriate service levels through completion of service requests from our service desk. *Review open service requests and assist other team members as necessary. *Create, change, and delete AD accounts and groups as requested. *Repair/Recover from hardware or software failures; communicate with impacted departments and Senior IT leaders. *Deploy, service and maintain new end-user equipment. *Support new integrations and migrations. *Ensure end-user equipment is updated according to the update policy. *Maintain equipment inventory and organization. *Participate in the initiation, design, planning and implementation of new technologies and systems. *Responsible for building, setup, installation and configuring of technologies as required. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
