Job Opening: Mailroom Specialist Location: Madison Heights, MI 48071 Industry: Mortgage / Banking Start Date: 2 Weeks Pay Rate: $16/hour + Full Benefits Schedule: Full-Time, 1st Shift Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Must be available between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM for potential overtime Benefits Include: * Weekly Pay * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance * 401(k) Retirement Plan Position Overview: As a Mailroom Specialist, you'll be part of a Financial/Mortgage Support team, helping to manage and process incoming mail and documents. This role involves a mix of clerical, administrative, and very light physical tasks. Key Responsibilities: * Track and report incoming mail and scanning metrics * Sort and log daily mail * Research and locate missing documents * Open, sort, and organize mail * Remove staples and prepare documents for scanning * Scan documents and assist with shipping * Lift and move mail bins and boxes (up to 15 lbs) * Perform both seated and standing tasks Why Apply? Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
