Contract to Hire - no sponsorship provided and no C2C please *Description* Job Description Reporting to the Integration Manager, the IT Project Manager will exercise their multi-tasking skills toggling between several projects with ease, both large and small. The ideal candidate will utilize their excellent problem-solving and communication skills to provide updates on complex technical issues to non-technical users, in a manner that is palatable to them. In this role, the IT Project Manager will be comfortable engaging and collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, having the aptitude to understand the needs of each respective department, while having the ability to influence decision makers as needed. The IT Project Manager will be proficient in both integration and migration of all respective IT related platforms to ensure fluid change management and process implementation occurs with each project implementation or update. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an environment where they will have the opportunity to train and learn new software and platforms working in a team-oriented environment, while also being confident working autonomously as needed. *Skills* Stakeholder management, Product Experience, Product Launch Experience, Budgeting, Project management, Project plan, Waterfall *Top Skills Details* Stakeholder management, Product Experience, Product Launch *Additional Skills & Qualifications* This person needs to have experience managing projects specific to product launches. IT Degree/Certifications and 3-4 years project management experience * Data Migration experience * Integration experience * Capacity to toggle successfully and efficiently between 5-8 projects at once * Experience with ERP migrations * Experience with E-Commerce website implementation * CRM experience * Power BI or related report building exposure * EDI collaboration * Product Information Management experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: o Going through the process of acquiring an organization and having to integrate/migrate them onto company specific platforms and software * ERP software * CRM specific software * Optimizely - this is our E-Commerce specific software * Product Information Management platform * Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial industry experience *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
