About the Role The Manager, Talent & Leadership Development role will support the hiring, training, and development of high-potential Leadership Development Candidates (LDCs) across North America. This leadership role is instrumental in shaping the future of our sales organization by overseeing the career progression of LDCs into high-performing Business Development Managers (BDMs). This role will drive leadership excellence, implement best in-class training programs, and collaborate with executive stakeholders to optimize talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
