We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team!

POSITION MISSION

The Marketing Deployment Specialist will support the flawless execution of marketing programs across our restaurants. This role is essential in ensuring marketing assets-ranging from in-store signage to digital menu content-are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time. Working closely with the internal Menu Marketing Director, Marketing Project Manager, Creative Services and Operations teams, as well as external vendor partners, you'll help bring national and local campaigns to life in-restaurants and across digital platforms. We are targeting $65,000-$75,000 base salary with annual 10% bonus potential. This is a hybrid role and is required to work 2-3 days in office. We are located at Colorado Blvd. & I-25 in Denver.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

Menu & POS Coordination

  • Submit and track IT POS (Point of Sale) Requests based on direction from the Menu Marketing Director
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for loyalty and menu changes to ensure functionality and accuracy before launch based on direction from the Sr. Manager of Loyalty

Menu Content & Creative Trafficking

  • Audit and maintain menu images, item descriptions, and pricing across all digital and in-store platforms
  • Traffick menu matrices and paid media assets for on-time deployment
  • Build and maintain a creative asset matrix and distribution list outlining specs and deliverables for the design team
  • Maintain store asset profile list for each bakery
  • Paid media asset trafficking

In-Store Marketing Point of Purchase Support

  • Manage POP inventory levels and oversee shipping/tracking of materials to restaurant locations
  • Troubleshoot in-store signage/display issues, working closely with third-party vendors and internal teams
  • Build Merchandising Guides (with direction from Menu Marketing Director)

Proofing & Brand Consistency

  • Proof marketing communications, menu pricing art files, and POP designs to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
  • Collaborate with Creative and Marketing Ops to ensure final deliverables meet restaurant execution needs

General Marketing Support

  • Maintain and update the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to ensure teams have access to current materials
  • Track and code marketing invoices, maintaining organized documentation for cross-team visibility
  • Manage and execute simple, one-off marketing requests as needed

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially in proofing and asset management
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and timelines
  • Excellent people skills - able to build results-oriented relationships; strong partnering skills
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills needed for problem-resolution and brainstorming

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Intermediate level skills with MS Office products (including Excel/Power BI, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams & SharePoint)

Compensation Range:

$40,560.00 - $70,990.40 per year

*Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
