JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Agile Product Owner to lead the development and prioritization of our Business Intelligence (BI), reporting, and dashboard capabilities. This role is critical in enabling data-driven decision-making for our external partners, including payors, TPAs, and insurance companies, as well as internal stakeholders across the organization.

The Product Owner is a detail-oriented and customer-focused leader responsible for defining feature requirements, prioritizing the product backlog, creating and communicating the roadmap for agile teams, and ensuring the development team delivers high-quality features that align with business goals and customer needs.



  • Partner with the Product Manager to define and evolve the product vision, OKRs, and roadmap for reports and dashboards that support different types of customers


  • Translate strategic initiatives into prioritized feature and capability backlogs, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and organizational readiness.


  • Actively gather feedback from users, product analytics, and stakeholders to refine priorities and guide iteration.


  • Serve as the primary content authority for the agile team(s), managing the team backlog and ensuring clarity of purpose and user value.


  • Collaborate with Tech Leads and Architects to ensure backlog refinement incorporates technical dependencies, data architecture, and platform resilience.


  • Participate in and contribute to PI Planning and SAFe ceremonies, including Feature Breakdown, Dependency Mapping, and Iteration Planning.


  • Resolve cross-team dependencies by working with other Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and Scrum Masters.


  • Partner with Business Analysts to decompose features into actionable user stories using BDD or similar practices.


  • Serve as the voice of the customer in development cycles and ensure end-to-end validation of delivered features against defined outcomes.


  • Coordinate with Training and Operations teams to support product readiness, documentation, and change enablement.


  • Lead Agile ceremonies and PI Planning with confidence.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare standards.
