Financial Analyst

• Perform monthly close tasks and assist withthe annual sales compensation process.
• Review monthly general ledger and submit journal entries.
• Prepare Expenditure Authorizations (EA's) for business unit initiatives evaluating overall internal rate of return, net present value, and profitability.
• Evaluate financial effectiveness of programs and promotions.
• Assist in monthly P&L reviews for the assigned business unit.
• Prepare the quarterly and annual budgeting for business unit expenses.
• Prepare financial models to evaluate business opportunities.
• Manage, organize, and update internal sales process data and third party market data used to support business unit performance and decisions.
• Leverage business applications such as Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, OneStream, and Salesforce to analyze and present data effectively.
• Create dashboards and performance reports that integrate internal and external data to support growth initiatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts, providing data and analysis to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 0 - 2 years of financial experience including accounting principles and standards and financial reporting & analysis; internship experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
• Manufacturing industry experience a plus
