Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Assist in identification, reporting, and adherence through various tools, meetings and routines along with assisting with regional meeting coverage Requirements: 5+ years of relevant (technical) experience preferably within the Global Markets or Global Banking Domain Demonstrate strong proficiency in utilizing data mining/analytics tools such as Toad, Excel, Tableau, SQL Demonstrate strong proficiency in the build-out and maintenance of tableau reporting from various sources Ability to effectively communicate complex technical messages and/or business policies both horizontally and vertically through the organization General knowledge of client/technical process and tools including PPRT, CECE, TPAS, DART, POP, CIMA, etc. Ability to access data and perform independent research into data problems, determining root cause and proposing solutions Ability to think independently and recommend solutions Data mining and reporting skills with Excel and Tableau Ability to adapt messaging both oral and written Desired skills: At least five years of project management experience Knowledge of core banking functions, processes and operations Knowledge of Enterprise Change Management Standards Knowledge of TPAS, PPRT GCP AR Ability to communicate crisply and candidly, both orally and in writing Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Ability to drive collaboration and manage conflict Ability to adapt to frequent changes Potential to work on multiple projects/efforts simultaneously Pay Range: $37.82-$45.82 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
