The Clinical Quality Improvement Nurse is responsible for the day-to-day performance improvement oversight of the care of pediatric trauma and/or pediatric burn patients across the continuum of care. The coordinator ensures compliance with applicable state, national, and accreditation PI standards, including trauma center and/or burn center verification requirements. This role works collaboratively with the Pediatric Trauma Medical Director and/or Pediatric Burn Medical Director, Program Manager(s), nursing leadership, and the multidisciplinary teams that support injured and burn-injured children.
