The opportunity

We are looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join the Business Strategy and Operations team at Adobe! We play a crucial role in the Digital Experience Marketing organization, responsible for efficiently planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing programs, global campaigns, and releases. Our objective is to improve brand transparency, engage target audiences, and achieve measurable business objectives while promoting innovation and teamwork. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and project management expertise.

You will play a meaningful role in managing the workflow and processes that support the planning, creation, distribution and performance tracking of marketing content. This role calls for strong organizational skills, a collaborative mentality, and manage multiple projects effectively. You will primarily interact with marketing strategists, creative teams, operations teams, and web content teams while you lead end-to-end content program execution, including determining project scope, scheduling, and prioritization. In addition, you will manage cross-functional timelines, campaign timelines, editorial calendars, and help define and improve workflows for content creation, approval, and publishing.

What you'll do
  • Support end-to-end marketing programs and campaigns through cross-functional team collaboration, including marketing channels, product teams, and internal Studio partners

  • Maintain and distribute program documentation, including project timelines, review schedules, and meeting notes

  • Manage strategic operations and processes and participate in creative reviews to assess production, licensing, and budget implications

  • Assist in setting up review and approval schedules with key collaborators

  • Coordinate production reviews and approvals, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards

  • Ensure content production aligns with the communications plan, customer journey, and regional needs, by aligning partners on delivery timelines

  • Identify bottlenecks, recommend and implement solutions to improve efficiency

  • Coordinate and document meetings, providing timely communication to relevant parties

  • Schedule meetings, take notes, and communicate updates, decisions, and actions afterward

Skills needed to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of program/project management experience preferably with a marketing management background

  • Successful planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing programs to drive business results

  • Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks, run multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Adobe Workfront experience highly desired. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, and Wiki.

  • Excellent business partner management and presentation skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $84,300 -- $163,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
