Director Of Claims will lead the strategic direction and operational execution of claims for Individual Disability, Accidental Death, and Supplemental Health products (including Cancer and Critical Illness). You'll ensure claims operations are aligned with corporate goals, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations-driving excellence in service delivery, compliance, and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Strategic Leadership: Align claims operations with enterprise strategy, ensuring consistent policy interpretation and execution across product lines.
- Operational Excellence: Define and drive performance metrics (quality, timeliness, productivity) to deliver superior claims outcomes.
- Customer Experience: Champion initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Risk & Compliance: Oversee regulatory adherence, legal reviews, and corrective actions to maintain compliance and mitigate risk.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead transformation efforts, leveraging data and insights to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Financial Stewardship: Conduct ROI and cost-benefit analyses to guide resource allocation and budget planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support business goals and ensure seamless service integration.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of demonstrated Claims Leadership experience handling disability, accidental death, supplemental health type claims.
- 5-7+ years of progressive leadership in claims operations, specifically in disability, accidental death, and supplemental health. products.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex operations.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in risk management and process improvement.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence across business lines.
