The HRIS Specialist is responsible for maintaining and updating employee master data, implementing process improvements within the HRIS, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data, and preparing, analyzing, and delivering HR-related reports to support decision-making. Responsibilities 1) Develop a thorough understanding of the company's operations and employee population in order to support the company's HRIS in a manner that compliments and supports the company's overall human resource objectives and operations. 2) Perform appropriate auditing by running queries and analyzing data to ensure data integrity across systems. 3) Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train system users on new processes/functionality. 4) Partnering cross-functionally with associated team members including IT and our Global HR Solutions team as it relates to upcoming projects and system updates. 5) Responsible for managing assigned internal support ticketing requests for employee lifecycle events. 6) Project work including evaluating issues, system features implementation, process Project work including evaluating issues, system features implementation, process and workflow improvement, and performing UAT. 7) Ads Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to areas of responsibility. What you bring
Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field/discipline (ie: HRIS, information systems). Additional Qualifications * Experience in a multi-national organization preferred. What's in it for you?
