HRIS Specialist

Your main responsibilities

The HRIS Specialist is responsible for maintaining and updating employee master data, implementing process improvements within the HRIS, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data, and preparing, analyzing, and delivering HR-related reports to support decision-making.


Responsibilities


1) Develop a thorough understanding of the company's operations and employee population in order to support the company's HRIS in a manner that compliments and supports the company's overall human resource objectives and operations.


2) Perform appropriate auditing by running queries and analyzing data to ensure data integrity across systems.


3) Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train system users on new processes/functionality.


4) Partnering cross-functionally with associated team members including IT and our Global HR Solutions team as it relates to upcoming projects and system updates.


5) Responsible for managing assigned internal support ticketing requests for employee lifecycle events.


6) Project work including evaluating issues, system features implementation, process Project work including evaluating issues, system features implementation, process and workflow improvement, and performing UAT.


7) Ads Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to areas of responsibility.

What you bring

Basic Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field/discipline (ie: HRIS, information systems).
* 2 - 4 Years HRIS experience.
* HRIS experience with Global View, SAP and Success Factors.
* Strong experience/understanding of position management.
* Strong business orientation combined with excellent information technology knowledge in order to interface effectively across both the business and IT communities
* Excellent understanding of government requirements and regulations as they impact human resource record keeping and HRIS systems.
* Strong functional knowledge across all key human resource disciplines.
* Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement practices.


Additional Qualifications


* Experience in a multi-national organization preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, evidencing the ability to influence and direct resources for which one does not have direct supervisory control.
* Strong detail orientation and project management skills.
* Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and influence all levels of management and employees.
* Personal flexibility and adaptability to operate effectively as an individual contributor, project manager, and a member of multiple project teams/initiatives in a dynamic multi-site environment.
