Job Purpose:
The Associate Marketing Manager will assist in the development of corporate brand strategies and product launches. This position will work closely with the sales organization to provide product and marketing support resulting in profitable revenue generation.

Functions, Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provides input and recommendations on key components of the marketing plan and long-term strategy.
* Engages in product category management and product launches.
* Works closely with the sales organization to provide support on products, orders and marketing tools and resources.
* Act as the primary contact for domestic vendor product support to answer customer inquiries, solve customer challenges, and setup new vendor items within Arjo's ERP.
* Provide assistance with drafting and sending out communications to large internal audiences that are non-GSB related. Example: RG Price list updates, special pricing promotions, backorder updates, etc.
* Responsible for providing item content support to distribution partners in order to accurately promote Arjo's offering within 3rd party promotional channels.
* Develops marketing materials and programs in support of the sales organization.
* Will act as the collateral support owner for all US specific marketing collateral within Showpad and marketing presentations. This responsibility involves the collaboration with Marketing Managers, Clinical/sales team members, and the marketing communications team to review, edit, update, remove and create new collateral as needed, in order to ensure the accuracy of each piece of marketing collateral, and own all Monday.com responsibilities for new marketing collateral.
* Provide support to marketing campaign owners by assisting with campaign strategies, collateral and execution. Will be responsible for coordinating campaign tracking reports and communicate regularly scheduled updates on the campaign performance.
* Monitors revenue performance and promotion effectiveness.
* Plans and attends various tradeshows/conventions as requested.
* Assists with new product set-up, participates in price sheet and bid submissions.
* Assists with the development and implementation of training programs.

* Supports product training for existing and new sales professionals.
* Supports with the management of Health Systems Request for Information (RFI) & Request for Approvals (RFP), to include but not limited to Developing executive summaries, Creating customer specific marketing collateral, Supporting cross referencing requests, Documentation consolidation.
* Required to travel with sales representatives to better understand the needs of customers and patients we service with our products as required and on a periodic basis.
* Works flexible hours and weekends to meet business/customer needs.
* Participates in any and all reasonable work activities as assigned by management.
Quality System Duties and Responsibilities:
* Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
* Ensure compliance to all FDA and Worldwide Quality & Compliance regulations (As applicable to the job function).
* Must have the education and experience to understand and comply with U.S. and Worldwide medical device regulations (As applicable to your job function).
* Attend all required Quality & Compliance training at the specified interval.
* Adopt the "Beyond Compliance Quality Culture" in the work environment; always meet and exceed requirements.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
Each organization shall have sufficient personnel with the necessary education, background, training, and experience to assure that all activities required by this part are correctly performed and shall establish procedures for identifying training needs and ensure that all personnel are trained to adequately perform their assigned responsibilities. Training shall be documented.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field required.
* Master's degree in Marketing or MBA is a plus.
* Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a Marketing and/or Sales or an equivalent combination of educational requirements and relevant work experience.
* Prior experience in the medical device, healthcare or related industry is highly desired.
* Strong presentation skills accompanied with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and other database concepts.
* Knowledge of market analysis, planning, development and management.
* Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking, planning, marketing, and product development.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
* Must be a self-starter, an independent thinker and a rapid decision maker.
* Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service oriented attitude.
* Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.

* Ensures environmental consciousness and safe practices are exhibited in decisions.
* Travel requirement of approximately 10-20% and based on the needs of the business.
* Ability to travel by car or public transportation as needed to meet business needs.
* May work extended hours during peak business cycles.
* The individual must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 lbs.
* Ability to utilize computer and telephone equipment and other related office accessories/devices to complete assignments.
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk and sit.
* The employee must have use of hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; speak and hear.
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
