Salary Range:

Covering both Lufkin and Beaumont offices

This is an office-based position; travel required

Business Hours: Monday - Friday; 800am - 5pm

Associate Director Responsibilities:

• Direct management assigned branch staff including recruiting, hiring, staff development and discipline. Provide guidance and direction to assigned branch leadership.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement of assigned staff, and develops and implements plans to optimize work performance of teams
• Supports the Director in the day-to-day management of all office staff and related activities including recruiting,hiring, assessment activity, staffing/scheduling, risk management requirements, payroll/billing requirements, and all compliance and human resource needs.
• Work with area and regional leadership to maintain branch operational consistency across the region.
• Ensure adherence to applicable company policies and procedures, and all applicable compliance requirements for the branch. Monitor compliance and report any opportunities for improvement to leadership.
• Achieve and maintain exemplary standards in the care of our clients and our referral sources.
• Oversee the overall quality and depth of the Care Partner pool and service levels provided to the clients and referral sources.

• • High school diploma or GED.
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required
  • Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
