Responsibilities:

  • Do inbound and outbound calls and assist customers with questions, orders, and issues
  • Handle emails and live chats with a helpful, can-do attitude
  • Troubleshoot problems and find fast, friendly solutions
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, services, and system updates
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
  • Follow up on customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
  • Meet daily performance goals for call volume, resolution time, and quality
  • Collaborate with teammates to keep things running smoothly
  • Represent the company with professionalism and positivity-every time


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required - you'll be helping a diverse group of customers
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
  • Clear communication skills-both spoken and written
  • Patience, empathy, and a calm presence under pressure
  • Tech-savvy: able to navigate computer systems and multitask
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to show up for your team
  • Great listening skills and a solution-first mindset
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
