Manufacturing Mold Setter Associate

No experience? No problem! This is an entry-level role with full training provided for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay: $22.66/hr

Responsibilities

• Perform mold changes, including removing and installing tools, air lines, fill guns, and material supply hoses
• Inspect and evaluate mold tools; move molds to designated locations based on evaluations
• Conduct minor mold repairs and maintenance on presses
• Rebuild, repair, and test fill guns
• Verify mold installation through test runs
• Maintain adequate spare parts for fill gun repairs and mold maintenance
• Operate PIT and document safety checks
• Complete and maintain production and quality records
• Perform and document preventative maintenance
• Keep manufacturing and storage areas clean and organized following 5S standards
