The Opportunity

The Digital Strategy Group (DSG) partners with senior leadership across Adobe's Enterprise Sales organization to drive strategic program development, operational coordination, and financial impact. DSG leads initiatives that enhance customer experience transformation and digital innovation, while aligning cross-functional teams around industry-specific go-to-market strategies. Our work blends strategic planning with executional rigor, ensuring programs deliver measurable business value.

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in designing and coordinating strategic programs that support sales growth and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include:

Program Development & Coordination

  • Lead the design and rollout of strategic initiatives across sales teams, ensuring alignment with industry trends and customer needs.

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts involving Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services to ensure timely execution and stakeholder engagement.

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and communications for multiple concurrent programs (typically 2-6 weeks in duration).

Financial Analysis & Business Impact

  • Conduct economic impact assessments to quantify revenue growth, cost savings, and ROI from proposed initiatives.

  • Develop business cases and financial models to support investment decisions and prioritization of sales programs.

  • Partner with stakeholders to track performance metrics and optimize program outcomes.

Sales Enablement & Strategic Insights

  • Use Adobe's analytics and benchmarking tools to uncover performance gaps and improvement opportunities.

  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for sales teams and leadership.

  • Support experience architecture assessments to identify technology and data enhancements that drive sales effectiveness.

Industry Strategy & Thought Leadership

  • Contribute to Adobe's industry strategy by authoring thought leadership and aligning internal teams on go-to-market priorities.

  • Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to deepen Adobe's footprint in core industries.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital strategy, program management, or financial analysis-preferably within healthcare or Pharma space

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including data modeling and business case development

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across levels

  • Experience with martech, sales operations, or customer experience platforms is a plus

  • High energy, adaptability, and a passion for driving business impact

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $71,700 -- $140,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
