City/State Norfolk, VAWork Shift First (Days)Overview: Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Manager, Revenue & Charge Integrity Work Type: Full-time, Day Shift Sentara Health is seeking a Manager, Revenue & Charge Integrity to lead a high-profile team responsible for the ongoing maintenance and development of the Charge Description Master (CDM) across Sentara hospitals and Sentara Physician Group, and for charge capture structures/methodologies in Epic. The manager ensures CDM items accurately reflect chargeable/billable services; initiates and coordinates code/charge changes (CPT/HCPCS); and partners closely with clinical areas, Patient Accounting, Provider Operations, and other internal stakeholders to drive quality, service, and financial accuracy. This role plans and executes post-implementation audits, builds and sustains training and quality programs, monitors regulatory changes, and leads complex revenue cycle projects. Success requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, project leadership, and the ability to influence across teams while meeting deadlines. . We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$92,248.00-$153,753.60. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
