About the Role

The Senior Lean Practitioner, Global serves as a core driver of Lean deployment-facilitating problemsolving, implementing standard work, and embedding continuous improvement into the way we operate every day. You'll partner closely with Lean Leaders and business stakeholders to uncover inefficiencies, champion new ways of working, and strengthen the culture of Lean across regions.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
  • Act as key resource leading regional problemsolving engagements.

Policy Deployment
  • Cascade strategic goals from the executive level to teams and individual contributors-ensuring clear alignment with our global vision.

Governance
  • Oversee Lean business systems, methodologies, tools, and standards.

  • Establish governance structures, performance dashboards, and sustainment mechanisms.

CSuite Collaboration
  • Partner with senior leadership to enable strong communication, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as a liaison across executive, regional, and functional teams to ensure transparent, effective communication.

Continuous Improvement
  • Lead the culture shift toward continuous improvement, leveraging Lean tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Risk Management
  • Identify and mitigate risks to protect longterm organizational performance and sustainability.

Mentorship & Training
  • Coach Lean Practitioners, Process Owners, and leaders-strengthening Lean capabilities and supporting professional growth.

What You Will Do
  • Drive regional initiatives aligned with the global Lean program; support both regional and enterprise-level implementations.

  • Apply Lean processimprovement tools and methods in key business areas.

  • Support vertical and horizontal alignment across teams and functions.

  • Lead improvement projects tied to strategic priorities.

  • Deliver Lean training and capabilitybuilding sessions across the organization.

  • Conduct rootcause analyses -recommend technology and process solutions.

  • Facilitate Obeya Rooms, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, Daily Work Installations, and followthrough on action plans.

How You Will Do It
  • Identify global synergy opportunities, enable bestpractice sharing across regions.

  • Work with local leadership to improve process performance & sustain results.

  • Mentor project leaders to accelerate outcomes and strengthen CI culture.

  • Standardize key processes and champion streamlined ways of working.

  • Facilitate workshops and learning experiences that balance theory with handson application.

  • Bring innovation forward-introducing new CI techniques, tools, and insights throughout the CI community.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality, Engineering, or related field.

  • 7-10+ years of Continuous Improvement experience.

  • Proven success leading business transformation initiatives with measurable impact.

  • Strong leadership presence, business acumen, changemanagement skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation skills; strong ability to build rapport across all levels.

  • Demonstrated systemsthinking and endtoend solution design abilities.

  • Strong facilitation and strategicthinking skills.

  • Experience leading, training, and coaching in Lean and Six Sigma.

  • Skilled in team building, collaboration, and coaching.

  • Proactive approach to risk identification, mitigation, and issue escalation.

  • Ability to travel 50-80%.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $126-189k (Salary to be determined by the education, experience,knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with marketdata.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group,and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
