Join us our Supply Planning Lead Americas

Lead and organize activities of the Americas Supply Planners. Enforce current policies, develop processes and procedures as needed and implement global initiatives in North America. Develop high level technical knowledge to support Demand Planning. Liaison to other functional groups both within Planning and outside (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT (Information Technology), etc.as needed. Be able to understand and communicate the impact of demand plan changes on production facilities to appropriate functional areas and management. Coordinate Supply Planning response to constraints or other challenges. Advise Americas Planning Manager on opportunities and issues related to supply planning.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Utilizing data analysis to monitor team performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• Providing leadership and operational direction to Supply Planners.

• Coordinating activities within the Americas Supply Planning team to ensure alignment and efficiency.

• Leading and initiating root-cause analysis efforts, and formulating corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Continuously improving Supply Planning processes and systems for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborating with Planning Excellence and the broader planning community to optimize planning tools and workflows.

• Monitoring critical resource bottlenecks and proactively addressing constraints.

• Encouraging growth, independence, and development among Supply Planners.

• Partnering with production sites to resolve significant demand and supply imbalances.

• Maintaining a strong understanding of material flow throughout the supply chain.

• Leading the annual budgeting process for Supply Planning.

To succeed you must hold:

• At least 3-5 years of experience within Supply Chain Management. Experience with digitally enabled supply chains.

• A relevant educational background at minimum Bachelor level.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and MS Teams and SAP is a plus.

• Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel. Self-motivated to become expert at data analysis tools.

• Fluency in English (oral and written) and excellent communication skills.

• Ability for occasional travel.

• Ability to present key dilemmas that can be understood in Sales, Marketing, Finance, SCM and Operations and facilitate dilemma discussions to obtain decisions.

Location: Franklinton, NC (On-Site)

Expected salary range: $115,000 - $145,000
