For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign on bonus for
Patient Service Representatives (PSRs):

Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time PSR position.
Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible;
former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

This is a full-time, 40 hour per week.

MaineHealth Surgical Care and Wound Care - Damariscotta | MaineHealth is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our Surgical Care & Wound Care team in Damariscotta. In this important front-line role, you will provide exceptional service to patients and families while supporting the daily operations of a busy specialty practice.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
