Overview Otter Products is hiring for a Director of Merchandising to join our team our team in Fort Collins, CO. Employees based in the Greater Fort Collins Area will work onsite at our HQ Campus. Those living in the surrounding area may be able to work a hybrid schedule, working at the HQ Campus three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday). The Director Merchandising is responsible for developing all Go to Market plans required to deliver the annual revenue and profitability targets, across all channels of distribution, with a focus on supporting the success of the Company's revenue Organization. In this role you will oversee the execution of the merchandising strategy and go to market plans, leading a team of merchandising and sales enablement professionals to curate product assortments, develop pricing strategies, optimize inventory, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. To support sales success, focus areas include driving the strategy for pricing, promotions and sales enablement. The Director, Merchandising works closely with the Vice President, Merchandising and other leaders in Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations to ensure cross-functional alignment, collaborate on business goals, and enhance brand presence. This is a people leader role and will be responsible for making hiring decisions, career development, and performance management for the team. About Otter Products Otter Products, we grow to give.
