Key Responsibilities
  • Implement progress initiatives using job study methodology and the Lean approach to improve performance.
  • Establish and maintain "basics OI" such as TU, TRO/TRS, and activity monitoring.
  • Develop and enforce standards and associated control mechanisms.
  • Share guidelines within the progress network to ensure consistent improvements.
  • Successfully carry out change management to support organizational goals.
  • Empower operational teams to gain autonomy in steering their progress initiatives.
Requirements
  • A degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
  • Exposure to Lean methodologies and never-ending improvement practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Ambitious and attitude geared towards achieving flawless execution.
