Partner with the best The Customer Care Representative plays a critical role in the commercial operations process, serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and external customers for parts quoting, order entry, and customer support. This role requires a high level of ownership, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer requests from quote to order fulfillment.
