Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Facility Technicians (Carpenters, Plumbers, HVAC tech, Electricians, etc) to join our team of problem-solvers. In this role, you will contribute to the sustainment of large campuses of facilities by assessing and managing real property data. You'll work closely with clients and team members to develop effective facilities repair and maintenance strategies that directly impact the quality and sustainment of the campus. Your Day-to-Day:

Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications: 1. Certifications in construction technologies, such as NCCER, NICET, HVAC, Carpentry, OSHA 10-Hour or BPI. 2. Minimum of one year of technical experience conducting assessments and analyses of systems and components associated with facilities and structures within real property assets. Benefits:
