The Business Planner will play a critical role in supporting the Product Design Leadership Team, with a focus on strategic planning, executive coordination, and organizational engagement. This role is designed to enhance operational efficiency, support high-level reviews, and drive alignment across the Design organization.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:



  • Manage complex calendars for Design executives, ensuring alignment with key milestones, reviews, and events
  • Plan and manage travel logistics for Design Leadership, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, documentation (Visa/Passport), and expense reporting in accordance with Stellantis travel policy
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and prepare executive-level reports and presentations for CEO/COO Design Reviews and Design Leadership Team meetings
  • Track and follow up on action items from leadership meetings and strategic initiatives
  • Serve as a communication liaison between the Design Office and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional correspondence
  • Draft and edit executive communications, reports, and presentations
  • Support planning and execution of Design Town Halls, employee engagement activities, and cross-functional workshops
  • Manage information flow within the executive office, prioritize tasks, and handle requests with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain databases, contact lists, and other relevant records

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in business planning, project management, automotive, design, or commercial operations
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with C-Suite audiences
  • Experience working with global and cross-functional teams


Preferred Qualifications:



  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Familiarity with design processes, creative workflows, and product development cycles
