Essential Functions: -> Works directly with account manager and sales teams to manage client financial reporting and client contracting and pricing for Indirect, Wholesale ISO, Retail ISO, Financial Partners, Agent Bank and Enterprise channels. - > Creates financial modeling to support in financial modeling, reporting and executive reporting. -> Maintain and build pricing models to assist in pricing analysis, proposal generation and negotiation of business terms & conditions with clients. -> Perform contract review and drafting of certain business terms; - > Presentation of analysis and recommendations to executive management. - > Works directly with to support/manage the process for establishing standard pricing for products: -> Creates financial modeling to support any pricing and margin decisions; - > Ensure that new products are priced on time (eg, in time for product launch, in accordance with product development plan), and -> That pricing is rational given the market dynamics, competitive environment, the underlying cost structure, and other economic and qualitative considerations. Creates ad hoc analysis, reports and support to other groups within Finance and Strategy on such projects as M&A activity, Capital Budgeting, Financial Planning and Analysis, and other miscellaneous financial modeling ->Stay abreast of industry trends that impacting Global Payments but also our clients, vendors, and other affiliates.
