As a Security Professional - Telecom Desk Patrol in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading technology-focused location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a welcoming presence while maintaining security-related protocols and procedures at the front desk. You will help to deter security-related incidents through attentive monitoring, thorough visitor management, and clear communication. This role requires strong customer service skills, as you will handle inquiries, verify credentials, and coordinate with building staff to address any concerns. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.67 / Hour

Monday and Tuesday 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. /Saturday and Sunday 06:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a technology-focused location.
• Monitor access to the premises, verify identification, and manage visitor and employee check-in processes to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs as required by site policies.
• Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and visitors to address inquiries and provide information related to site security-related procedures.
• Work in collaboration with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to support a secure environment in a technology, media, and telecom setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
