Stellantis is seeking an experienced and energetic leader for Change Management & Transformation to support the global execution of our Digital Strategy. The successful candidate will have experience developing and implementing Change Management programs for enterprise wide initiatives and possess strong communication skills. The candidate must also be experienced with Agile product management and have experience leading large, cross-functional, transformational projects. Our ideal candidate will be a strategy and culture evangelist capable of communicating at all levels of the organization. Strong communication, influencing, project leadership, and problem-solving skills are a must.

The incumbent will regularly collaborate with senior leadership and the CDIO to report status updates, secure support, and provide direction on change management initiatives.

Responsibilities:



  • Change Management Strategy Execution: Coordinate the Change & Transformation Steering committee; engaging stakeholders, creating and validating content presented
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor the progress of change initiatives, collaborating with team members / stakeholders to meet timelines and escalate issues..
  • Program Development Input: Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide valuable input into the development of change management programs.
  • Proactive Approach: Identify potential areas for improvement and anticipate challenges to proactively address them before they become issues.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives.
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to support employees through periods of change.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and refining change management processes.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in change management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in change management frameworks and methodologies
  • Proactive and results oriented

  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Empathy and ability to manage change sensitively
