Start your journey as a Quality Engineer. In this role, you will have contact with internal and external customers and co-workers and develop Quality Plans for controlling the design and manufacture of connector components and assemblies.



Are You Looking To:




  • Provide high quality products to meet customer requirements.
  • Evaluate new design and processes and provide quality engineering information at Design and Process reviews.
  • Establish quality workmanship standards.
  • Coordinate customer corrective actions.
  • Investigate quality problems and propose corrective actions.


Are You Ready To:




  • Investigate quality problems and propose corrective actions.
  • Interface with customers for problem solving and presentation purposes.
  • Perform internal ISO quality systems audits.
  • Provide gauging for incorporation into Quality Plans.
  • Train production Operators in inspection and gauging techniques.
  • Train QC inspectors/Auditors in process auditing techniques.
  • Perform various statistical analysis, such as machine and process capability studies, qualify products and processes, and analyze data to determine areas for further improvement.


Job Requirements:

What You'll Need:



  • Four-year college degree, preferably technical major.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Engineering or minimum 3 years in manufacturing engineering with 2 years in quality engineering.
  • Bilingual - English and Spanish
