Here's what you'd do:

• Demonstrates professional desktop support history with a variety of platforms/systems/applications and tools.
• Desktop expertise with all aspects of computer functionality, system operation, and infrastructure
• Operating system expertise: Windows, Unix/Linux, and Apple
• Network protocol
• Perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software.
• Set up and configure PC's
• Image loading protocol
• LAN/NETWORK connectivity, and basic network connectivity assessment for troubleshooting or setups
• Evaluates and tests software programs to verify functionality according to specifications and standards
• Extensive Job related MS Office suite and outlook usage

• Pay rate: $26.00/Hour
• Hours: 40 Hours/Week 4x10, Monday-Thursday
• Length: Contract (12m+ with opportunity of extension.)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience consisting of hardware repair and IT break/fix.
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience consisting of Physical IT Hardware deployment and asset tracking
• Minimum 5 years of ICMS (Install, configuration, move, surplus), and network experience

• Demonstrates excellent customer service
• Not afraid to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Security Clearance.

Additional Information :

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
• Clean driving record as an MVR might be ran.
• Possible lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.
• In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
• Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a [Secret/Top Secret/etc.] DoD security clearance.
