- Oversee the project management of social content production campaigns, coordinating with external agencies, partners, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Define, monitor, and report on social marketing metrics, goals, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track business impact and inform leadership.
- Provide strategic support for business and contract negotiations related to social marketing initiatives.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaborations with internal retail, creator engagement, public relations, creative, media, and analytics teams to scale impactful brand campaigns.
