As the Ecoat Laboratory Quality Analyst is to assure production process control, product quality, and perform administrative functions for the Ecoat Lab for an 8-hour shift plus mandatory OT weekends as directed. Additionally, completion of special project work as well as development and maintenance of analytical and inline testing equipment to achieve autonomous quality control and Delaware roadmap initiatives are key responsibilities for this role. Administration responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing and verifying shipping/receiving paperwork, CoA and lab results entry, and ensuring stock of supplies and equipment. Other responsibilities include testing of raw materials to ensure in spec properties prior to receipt, testing of in process and finished goods samples via designated specs and methods, calibration/verification/maintenance of lab equipment, verification of process tank levels, and verification of accurate hose connections for bulk material transfers. The incumbent serves as a team member to the Ecoat/Resin team to drive continuous improvement of all aspects of the operation. Key Responsibilities:
