The Senior Manager, IT ERP will lead teams responsible for acquiring, building, deploying and supporting ERP software applications that supports business. Works closely with functional leaders. Understands development lifecycle, Sarbanes Oxley controls in system design and development controls. Collaborates on plans to achieve business goals by delivering leading-edge application platform. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
- Minimum of 10 years progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years of directly managing an ERP team.
- Experience managing IBM and Microsoft projects is highly desired
- Working knowledge and understanding end to end business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report and Order-to-Cash
- Knowledge of integrations to major systems and cloud-services
- Led multiple ERP upgrades and/or implementations.
- Expert in IT System Development Lifecycles, Agile Development Methodologies, Root Cause Analysis, IT process improvement, and delivers results on-time and on-budget,
- Adept in creating finished presentations to the Executive leadership, such as IT Project Initiation/Approval, Project Statuses, IT Application Strategy, Budgeting, and IT Roadmap.
- Champions the development of a standard global business process design aligned with out-of-the-box application and is diligent in the avoidance/removal of heavy customization
- Overall responsibility for the planning, quality, delivery and management of all aspects of the development lifecycle
- Overall responsibility for all internal and external technical and analyst resources engaged on the platform and ecosystem, including external vendors and providers - manages the partner
- Overall management of the change control process and approval board
- Leads and coaches the development and business systems analyst teams
- Point of escalation for project delivery issues from all partners

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting ERP implementations.
- Source control versioning systems such as Azure DevOps, VSTS, TFS, Git, or SourceSafe
- Test Driven Development using Automated Unit Testing and Mocking frameworks
- Ability to lead and even participate in technical POCs, including technical architect and engineer mentoring
- Experience implementing frictionless business to business commerce solutions
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Process orientation: Demonstrated ability to develop repeatable processes or improve existing processes in and out of product development.
