Job Title: Senior Servicing Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid 3 Days onsite)

Duration: 6 months (with the opportunity for extension based on business need and performance)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Servicing Specialist to join the Collateral Management team. In this role, you will manage lien releases, UCC filings, and records/documentation for a variety of loan types, including General Account, Institutional, CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA. You'll serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and external partners, ensuring accurate processing and outstanding service delivery.


Key Responsibilities


  • Process lien releases for commercial, multifamily, and agricultural real estate loans paid in full by borrower, assignment, or escrow closings.



  • Manage UCC continuations, terminations, and research rejections.



  • Handle records management, including ordering files, correcting images, archiving, and document research (e.g., missing recorded documents).



  • Review and verify vendor invoices for payment processing.



  • Leverage Power BI reports for monitoring workflow, quality control, audits, and data analysis.



  • Collaborate with internal teams (servicing, asset management, legal, closing) and communicate with external stakeholders (vendors, counsel, title companies).




Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate loan servicing or collateral management.



  • Strong knowledge of loan terms, complex loan documents, capital structures, pooling, investor reporting, servicing agreements, and workflows.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.



  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.




Preferred Experience


  • Direct background in lien releases, UCC processes, or related functions.



  • Familiarity with HUD/FHA, Fannie Mae, and/or Freddie Mac requirements.
