Evaluates and treats patients requiring speech-language-swallowing therapy. Performs the duties and responsibilities within the scope of a Speech Language Pathologist - Level I, as defined within the job description.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state where services will be provided: MD: Speech Language Pathologist License through Maryland Board of Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers and Speech-Language Pathologists OH: Speech Pathologists License through Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board PA: Speech Language Pathologist License through Pennsylvania Board of Examiners in Speech Language and Hearing WV: Speech Language Pathologist License through the West Virginia Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology 2. Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech Language Pathology. EXPERIENCE: 1. Two (2) years of speech language pathology experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Current specialty certification in one of the following:
