IT Project Manager Key Role: Support NAVSEA enterprise initiatives, with a focus on data strategy, data governance, and program oversight. Lead cross-functional teams and partner with NAVSEA stakeholders to drive alignment between mission objectives and enterprise data solutions, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and to Navy standards. Lead NAVSEA IT and data-focused programs, managing cost, schedule, and performance. Develop and implement NAVSEA data strategy and governance frameworks to improve data quality, access, and decision-making. Partner with NAVSEA 03 and other program offices to identify mission requirements and deliver effective solutions. Oversee the integration of enterprise data systems, dashboards, and analytics capabilities. Ensure compliance with Navy, DoD, RMF, and NIST standards and policies. Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed. Provide regular program status reports, briefs, and documentation to NAVSEA leadership. Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate communication across functional and technical teams. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within data management practices. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
