Responsibilities

POSITION OVERVIEW

Working within the Marketing Team and reporting to the VP, Customer Acquisition, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Tasked with developing and managing lead generation, you are expected to work strategically and tactically to optimize marketing acquisition activities to drive appointments and sales conversion. The ideal candidate is a performance-driven, full-funnel marketer with deep expertise in paid and owned digital channels and a proven ability to build campaigns from the ground up. A curious marketer with an equal blend of creativity and analytic thinking will thrive in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead acquisition strategy and execution across digital channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate and SEO
  • Develop media plan to meet acquisition goals and objectives
  • Directly manage budget allocation and performance across channels with a focus on efficiency, scale and revenue outcomes
  • Be responsible for all campaign trafficking, quality control, and campaign launches
  • Partner with creative in the development and rotation of assets
  • Lead testing across all platforms with clear hypotheses and learning agendas
  • Own performance reporting for the digital channels and make go forward recommendations to key stakeholders based on data-driven insights
  • Conduct research and maintain awareness of the most recent digital marketing trends and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Marketing, Analytics, Sales and Finance
  • Manage key vendor relationships with a goal of maximum performance
  • Partner with global marketing partners/parent company to leverage best practices and economies of scale


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, or related field)
  • 8-10 years of experience in a fast paced, dynamic marketing environment.
  • Experience in lead generation and program optimization for digital agencies, consumer brands, or client marketing organizations.

Must have skills:

  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational, follow-up and time-management skills
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to make go forward recommendations based on results
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and facilitate multiple project execution
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to follow directions as well as adherence to company values/policies.
  • Proven track record of managing large scale digital budgets across channels
  • Knowledge of online campaigns set up for various channels such as Facebook and Google, as well as performance metrics like CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, sessions, unique users.
  • Experience with A/B testing protocols
  • Strong MS Office and analytical skills.
  • Excellent project management and leadership acumen
  • Above average written, verbal and presentation skills.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with project management tools and reporting dashboards
  • Working knowledge of content optimization.
  • Experience with AI marketing tools
  • Experience in working with or for advertising, communications and media agencies
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Looker
  • A process-improvement and positive mindset

This role is Hybrid: 2 days a week in our Somerset, NJ office.

The salary range for this role is 105k-115k plus 10% bonus
