Job Overview The Specialist, Digital In-Store Operations leads the coordination and execution of digital content and technology across Macy's store environments. The role serves as the central liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring operational excellence, contract compliance, and financial accountability for all digital installations. Skills You Will Need Operational Excellence - Ability to oversee digital content and technology across multiple stores, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless in-store experiences. Cross-Functional Leadership - Skilled at collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to drive initiatives, align priorities, and achieve business objectives. Contract & Vendor Management - Proven experience managing contracts, negotiating terms, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Financial Accountability - Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial tracking tools, with the ability to monitor chargebacks and support accounting processes. Process Improvement - Ability to identify inefficiencies, update workflows, and implement solutions that streamline operations across teams. Communication & Problem-Solving - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and resolve challenges effectively. Technical Knowledge - Familiarity with digital signage systems, retail technology platforms, and other store technologies is a plus.
