TheTreasury Client Services Professional III - Corporate Cardserves as the primary point of contact for corporate card clients and Program administrators. As a subject matter expert, the TCSP III works independently to assist customers with their service inquiries including but not limited to card utilization, adding new users to Spend Control, and Fleet cardholder inquiries. This position will also work in a consultative manner with Corporate Card Client Experience Consultants, Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Officers (TMO) and Corporate Card Sales Specialists to ensure client experience is satisfactory.

You will build relationships and get to know your coworkers in operations and technology, and sales, working across multiple lines of business. Our teams work with product managers, analysts, operations,sales, vendors, and the product support team. You are the voice of the client.

• You willensureclient satisfaction by delivering best-in-class service through effective communication and timely resolution of customer inquiries and requests.
• You will work with Operations, Corporate Card partners in troubleshooting problems/streamlining operating procedures.
• You will continuously improve knowledge of required systems supporting corporate card clients.
• You will escalate operational problems with Corporate Card and RPA process.
• You will instruct users on how to perform technical tasks and use your judgment to initiate correct actions.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate's Degree in a Business related field (Bachelor's preferred) and 4 years' experience in banking and treasury client servicing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
