About the Role: We're looking for a versatile and self-driven Desktop Support Engineer to join our team onsite in Draper, Utah. This is a unique opportunity to be the sole IT presence at the location, so we're seeking someone who thrives in a "wear-many-hats" environment and enjoys working independently while still being part of a larger support team. You'll be backed by our shared services Desktop Engineering team, but your day-to-day will require autonomy, initiative, and a strong customer service mindset. Key Responsibilities: * Provide onsite desktop support, including walk-up service * Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows and Mac environments * Manage support tickets, primarily involving M365, hardware, and OS-level issues * Collaborate with remote team members to escalate and resolve complex issues * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-through Top Skills: * Strong customer service attitude * Experience with M365 * Proficiency in Windows and Mac support * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Additional Qualifications: * Must be able to obtain a 6C Public Trust Clearance Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
